SiteMinder Office Hours

Thursday, March 21, 2024 at 11:00AM ET/8:00AM PT

The SiteMinder team will be hosting Office Hours on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at 8:00AM PDT/11:00AM EDT.  These meetings last one hour and are composed of two general sections. In the first section, we present topics of prepared information and in the second section we provide the opportunity for customers to ask questions of the SiteMinder team.  Team members from SiteMinder that participate in the call include development engineers, support team engineers, field engineers, and product management.

For the March session, the team will present:

  • Monitoring SiteMinder:  This is the third of a multi-part series that covers logging and monitoring of SiteMinder.  We covered logging in the last two office hours meetings, but this session will be focused on monitoring, including valuable insights and practical guidance.
  • New release 12.8.08 Features – SiteMinder and VIP Authentication SaaS:  We will also provide updates regarding the new implementation of the integration between SiteMinder and Broadcom’s authentication SaaS service.

The team will also provide information about Chrome Browser changes and SiteMinder’s changes in response, as well as other announcements that are important to the SiteMinder community.  After this, the team will provide time for open Q&A, so please come with questions. Please note that this is not intended to offer status on open support cases, but to answer other questions you have.

We look forward to connecting with you.

I agree to continue receiving commercial messages about Broadcom products and services.
